That’s why we’ve perfected the process of designing and planning dream bathrooms for our customers, steering you effortlessly through the options from concept to completion.
Browse quality products, be inspired by full room displays, speak to one of our advisors and arrange a site (home) visit for our free measuring service.
An advisor will visit you to measure your bathroom with laser measures and discuss design ideas based on the products you selected in the showroom.
We’ll draft plans for your bathroom design in the form of a 2D drawing, along with detailed specifications, presented to you with an initial quote.
We’ll invite you to revisit the showroom to discuss and agree the room layout and details like colour schemes, refining your bathroom design. Then you’ll receive detailed 3D computer aided design images of the room as it will be, with all the products you’ve selected in place. We can then also finalise the price quotation.
Once you are happy with the design and products planned for your new bathroom, we will request a deposit to confirm the order. We’ll also provide you with any technical information your installer may require.
Your order will now be processed, checked thoroughly, labelled and safely stored in our warehouses until you are ready to take delivery.
Our delivery team will transport your bathroom materials to your property at a pre-arranged convenient time to be put into the hands of your installer. We check everything is present and correct on site.

Even after you have bought and paid for your bathroom furniture, fittings and accessories, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with the condition and quality of your purchases. We’re always available should you have any queries or to offer help and advice before, during and after the installation process.
Don’t forget to register your product guarantees for extended warranties and service. We’re happy to explain these as part of our customer service.
